This course is a series of intense power vinyasa yoga classes which will be a challenge for your body & mind. The aim of these practices is to strenghten the body, improve your flexibility and to mentally relax from the husle and busle of a daily life.
During the next 21 days you'll be exploring 5 yoga classes during which you'll engage your whole body and increase your body's intelligence. You'll strenghten your abs, back, gutes, legs and arms and connect to your breath. My practices are a great option for those who like an intense yoga practice but also a traditional approach to the art of yoga.
