    Handstand Conditioning (ENG)

    This course is a series of 3 intensive & progressive strengthening workouts for those who would like to start learning handstands, but their bodies are not ready yet for such a challenge - they don't have enough strength, body awareness or trust towards their bodies. These 3 workouts on 3 different levels will prepare you for handbalancing, as well as for low arm balances and intense yoga poses.
