Before starting your training you're obliged to perform the exercises shown by me in accordance with the instructions provided and consult a doctor and physiotherapist before your training. Please read the information below to make sure you can safely start the training:
1. Verify if there are no contraindications for you to start your training. The contraindications are, among other possible issues: joints injuries, high bloodstream pressure, cardiovascular related complications, eye problems, neck complications, epilepsy, prior stroke or even sinus difficulties. If you suffer/ed from any of the above mentiones issues you should never ever practice inversions unless you get a permission from your doctor - preferably consult several doctors/physiotherapists.
2. If you're pregnant and never practiced handstands - pregnancy is not the time to start your practice. So don't do any exercises with me if you're pregnant.
3. You should never practice handstands if you're not able to measure the risk it involves. That's why this course and exercises offered above are not for kids. Kids should train under a direct and personal supervision from a professional trainer.
